Refunds and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Silver State Apparel will accept returns subject to the following guidelines:

  • All merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
  • All returned merchandise must be returned with original packaging and with the packing documentation.
  • Non-sale items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund.
  • All sale, discounted or promotional merchandise is a FINAL SALE.
  • Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable after an item has shipped.
  • Silver State Apparel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We suggest you ship your return insured and in a traceable manner.
  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Should you wish to order a different style, size or color, please submit a new order.
  • We will inspect every product that is returned. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if there is evidence that apparel has been worn or washed, if there is obvious wear and tear, and if original packaging is absent upon return.
